Lisa is a commercial property lawyer with over 10 years of experience in investment and development acquisitions and disposals, property finance, portfolio management, and landlord/tenant matters. She has acted for a wide range of clients including investors, developers, landlords, and tenants at international law firms.

Lisa advises on property acquisitions and disposals, asset management, landlord and tenant matters, and property finance, supporting investors, occupiers, and co-working businesses on complex London and national transactions.

Experience

  • Acted on a direct acquisition of a mixed-use (office/retail) property with development prospects in central London for £70m for a well-known institutional investor.
  • Acted on an indirect acquisition of a large office building in prime London location for £95m; completed the real estate due diligence and assisted the corporate team throughout the transaction.
  • Acted as lead associate on the asset management team for one of the largest networks of science and innovation clusters in England.
  • Acted for one of the largest co-working businesses in England; advised on their acquisitions and landlord and tenant matters.
  • Acted for investor clients on obtaining finance; dealt with property diligence and loan documentation.
