Harriet is a Family Partner with broad experience across all areas of family law. She has particular expertise in matters involving children, including applications for child arrangement and parental responsibility orders, and regularly represents clients in complex or high-conflict cases. Harriet also supports individuals experiencing difficulties with former or associated partners, advising on and obtaining non-molestation and occupation orders to ensure their safety and wellbeing.
Beyond children matters, Harriet advises on divorce and financial proceedings, guiding clients through the division of assets and resolution of financial claims. Her practice spans cases involving heterosexual, same-sex, and unmarried couples, and she is valued for her calm, compassionate approach combined with firm, strategic representation. Harriet’s overarching aim is to help clients achieve fair, sustainable outcomes that allow them to move forward with confidence and security.
Harriet advises on complex Children Act applications, including international cases, relocation, special guardianship, and Schedule 1 applications.
