Ani is a senior associate in our residential property team specialising in the sale and purchase of high-value residential properties, re-finances, and transfer of equity matters within prime central London and the Home Counties, acting for both domestic and international clients. She has particular expertise in leasehold transactions.

Ani has acted for large London estates, high-net-worth individuals and their families, as well as first-time buyers, investors, developers, landlords, and lenders.

Ani enjoys working alongside many leading estate agents, brokers, and surveyors in high-value and often complex, discreet, and time-sensitive transactions.

Ani specialises in acquisitions and disposals of freehold and leasehold prime residential property, HNW transactions, small-scale property development, property financing (lender and borrower), and transfer of equity matters.

Experience

  • Regularly advised and acted for an established large London estate on the sale and purchase of multiple leasehold and freehold prime central London properties, involving primarily refurbished listed buildings within conservations areas in RBKC.
  • Acted for HNW clients in the purchase of their dream family home in St John’s Wood which involved working to an exchange deadline
  • Acted for a family office on the purchase of multiple freehold properties and land as part of an investment portfolio.
  • Provided bespoke property advice to U/HNW overseas clients.
  • Advised and acted for the family office for overseas royalty in the private sale of their Chelsea flat.
  • Acted for executors and trustees in the sale and purchase of high-value properties within RBKC.
  • Acted on the sale and purchase of leasehold properties affected by the Building Safety Act 2022.
  • Acted for landlords in the acquisition, financing and disposal of investment properties, subject to landlord licences, long-stop dates and tenancies.
  • Acted for HNW clients on the sale and purchase of prime family homes in St John’s Wood, Hampstead Garden Suburb, Belgravia, Chiswick, and Westminster.
  • Acted for HNW clients in the sale and purchase of prime country houses and estates.
  • Acted for small-scale developers in the acquisition and financing of properties within London, as well as the re-sale of individual flats following conversion works (with planning consent).
  • Acted for offshore companies in the sale and purchase of investment properties in London.
