Yazmin Cunningham

Yazmin is a CILEX Associate working in the healthcare team, specifically assisting on cases in healthcare litigation for a range of clients including insurers, regulators, and doctors who are privately funding their own representation. Yazmin’s main responsibilities include assisting with the defence and representation of doctors in GMC investigations, Inquests, NHS trust investigations, private hospital investigations, police investigations, advice on professional conduct, clinical negligence claims, and insurance cover relating to all of these.
