Nick is a commercial lawyer with 20 years’ experience in complex transactional work and regulatory compliance for international technology, media, e-commerce, gaming, and digital marketing businesses.
Having trained and practised at a leading UK technology law firm, Nick also holds significant in-house legal experience including with Microsoft where, as Head of the Consumer & Marketing Legal Team, he was responsible for contract, compliance, and strategic advice to high-profile consumer-facing brands such as Xbox, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Search in EMEA. He has also held roles at UK production companies and broadcasters including Channel 4.
