Nick is a commercial lawyer with 20 years’ experience in complex transactional work and regulatory compliance for international technology, media, e-commerce, gaming, and digital marketing businesses.

Having trained and practised at a leading UK technology law firm, Nick also holds significant in-house legal experience including with Microsoft where, as Head of the Consumer & Marketing Legal Team, he was responsible for contract, compliance, and strategic advice to high-profile consumer-facing brands such as Xbox, Microsoft 365, and Microsoft Search in EMEA. He has also held roles at UK production companies and broadcasters including Channel 4.

Nick is recognised by The Legal 500 directory for his expertise in technology, media, and telecoms sector work and his current clients include dynamic AI technology providers, SaaS businesses, and interactive entertainment companies.

  • Advised a leading AI call centre technology solutions provider on its largest-ever multi-year public sector procurement G-Cloud framework deal.
  • Advised a leading contact-centre-as-a-service provider on all aspects of its commercial partnership with a NASDAQ-listed customer experience software provider, to resell its platform to SME customers in the UK.
