David has over 20 years’ experience in commercial and residential real estate law. He advises high-net-worth individuals, family offices, investors, developers, property companies, land promoters, landowners, and corporate occupiers on a broad range of issues including acquiring and developing sites, funding arrangements, joint ventures, leasing, overage, land assembly, land promotion, leasing, and selling.

David’s work often involves coordinating with the client’s tax advisers, professional team, building contractors, and planning consultants as well as land agents and other stakeholders, to ensure transactions are managed efficiently and risks are properly addressed.
