Lucy’s work ranges from day-to-day contracting advice through to business-critical projects, M&A, complex outsourcing agreements, cross-border transactions, international supply chains, business transformation, and high-value procurement.
As part of her work on commercial contracts, she advises on confidentiality, data protection, intellectual property, and compliance issues.
Lucy advises on a wide range of day-to-day commercial contracts including supply agreements, procurement contracts, asset purchasing agreements, services agreements / master services agreements, contractual joint ventures, collaboration agreements, equipment leases, subcontracting arrangements, product development agreements, IT services agreements, SAAS contracts, and reseller agreements. She also advises on complex outsourcing arrangements across a wide range of sectors, and high–value cap-ex projects involving installation, testing, and commissioning.
Experience
Lucy advises on global routes to market, including distribution, agency, franchising, influencer agreements, and direct sales in overseas markets. She has particular expertise advising on the Commercial Agents Regulations, and guiding clients on strategy to manage their liabilities under the Regulations. Lucy partners with local lawyers where necessary to deliver an end-to-end legal service.

Lucy advises a wide range of manufacturing business on their commercial contracts, including supply agreements, procurement agreements, product development agreements and contract manufacturing agreements. She also specialises in advising on domestic and international logistics, fulfilment, and warehousing.
