Molly is a solicitor in the commercial litigation and dispute resolution teams. As a former international showjumper, she also brings a unique insight when advising sporting clients.
She handles commercial litigation and arbitration (LMAA, ICC, FA) matters including contract disputes, debt recovery across contentious and non-contentious work. Her experience spans civil and commercial disputes, regulatory compliance and disciplinary proceedings. Molly is a qualified mediator (Society of Mediators) and takes an outcomes-focused approach to dispute resolution.
Molly’s non-contentious experience involves drafting safeguarding regulations for National Governing Bodies, contracts of sale, and Terms and Conditions for auction houses. Molly has also assisted on art and classic car transactions, product safety, and education matters.
Working alongside the firm’s partners, Molly serves domestic and international businesses, high-net-worth individuals, yacht owners, yacht builders and brokers, and family offices across multiple jurisdictions, contributing to the team’s pragmatic and commercial approach to dispute resolution.
