Duncan is a legal assistant within our Immigration team, assisting them with a range of personal and business immigration matters. He works with the team on applications for a range of visas including Tier 1 Investor/Entrepreneur visas, Skilled Worker visas, Student visas and Visitor visas.
Duncan also assists with cases involving indefinite leave to remain, family applications and British citizenship.
