She advises on divorce, civil partnership disputes and separation agreements. Her expertise also covers disputes involving finances, cohabitation and living-together agreements, pre- and post-nuptial agreements, and cases involving children.
Victoria advises on complex financial settlements, including cross-jurisdictional matters, pensions, company assets, businesses, trusts, and farms, with expertise in securing and defending applications for freezing injunctions.

Victoria specialises in complex children matters, including relocation applications, parental alienation, high-conflict disputes, domestic abuse, and securing orders for grandparents or step-parents, often overturning CAFCASS recommendations in challenging circumstances.
