David is a consultant with over 15 years of experience specialising in aircraft finance and transactional work. He has extensive expertise across a broad spectrum of aviation transactions involving commercial aircraft, business jets, helicopters, and engines.

David has significant experience representing banks and financial institutions on cross-border aircraft and helicopter financings, including PDP (pre-delivery payment) financings, commercial and ECA-backed financings, and loan portfolio sales. He also acts for lessors and airlines on the drafting and negotiation of operating leases and sublease arrangements for commercial aircraft and helicopters.

In the business aviation sector, David advises high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients on the acquisition, sale, finance, and ownership of business jets. He regularly assists with ownership structures, registration, escrow arrangements, finance and security documentation, and provides strategic advice on transaction structuring and risk management.

David acts for a diverse client base including banks, lessors, airlines, owners, operators, high-net-worth individuals, and corporates. He regularly advises on aircraft sales and purchases, financing, leasing, and management, as well as repossessions, loan portfolio sales, and interior outfitting projects.
