Fast-growing firm Keystone Law has announced that Fraser Younson has joined the firm’s Employment team from Squire Patton Boggs where he was a partner.
One of the UK’s most respected employment lawyers, Fraser has more than 35 years’ experience in his field and advises on all employment disputes, boasting particular specialisms in discrimination claims and prevention, European Works Councils, union recognition and disputes, and whistleblowing.
He also advises on redundancy and restructuring, data protection, and employee privacy. In addition to his UK practice, Fraser has substantial experience on cross-border employment law issues.
Representing major corporates, investment banks and financial institutions, Fraser is consistently top-ranked in both Chambers & Partners and Legal 500 for employment.
Prior to joining Keystone, Fraser spent a number of years at Baker & McKenzie and Berwin Leighton Paisner where he created and led top-tier employment teams. He is also Co-Founder and Life President of the Employment Lawyers Association.
