Full-service firm Keystone Law has announced the hire of experienced property lawyer and Notary Public Susan Anand.
Susan joins Keystone with over fifteen years’ experience in both commercial and residential property. Clients include retail owners and landlords and tenants. In addition, as a Notary Public, Susan can offer advice on all aspects of notarial work including authenticating company and business documents and transactions, certifying company documents, and witnessing signatures on contracts for the purchase or sale of land abroad.
The past year or so has been a busy time with the Property team handling deals for redevelopment projects worth in excess of £100 million. Clients include Thyssenkrupp, Dow Jones, and Neal’s Yard.
