Keystone Law has advised toucanBox shareholders on its sale to the London-based millennial education company Sandbox & Co.
toucanBox delivers craft materials and activities that help develop children’s key skills and support their cognitive and language development, fine motor skills and mental wellbeing, via custom boxes posted through the letterbox.
