Keystone Law’s corporate partner Charles Frank advised the shareholders of BrightCloud on its sale to Gamma Communications, a leading supplier of communication services in the UK.
BrightCloud is a specialist provider of contact centre and customer experience technology. The deal will enhance Gamma’s CCaaS and CX capabilities and support its aim of becoming a managed service provider for enterprises across Europe.
Charles Frank led the Keystone team, which included tax partner Paul McCourt, IP partner Meriel Pymont, employment partners Michelle Last and Brian Palmer, data protection partner Nick Watson, corporate associate Sophie Welbourn, and trainee solicitor Mark Turner.
FRP acted as corporate finance advisors to the sellers.
Jason Osmond, chairman of the BrightCloud Group, said:
“We engaged Keystone Law to support the process as we already had a longstanding relationship with Charles Frank. We had complete confidence that they would provide the pragmatic, professional and efficient service that we had previously received. We weren’t disappointed and the Keystone team ran a very smooth legal process, integrating well with our own team and that of our corporate finance advisors at FRP, providing fantastic guidance throughout the engagement.”
Charles Frank said:
“I am delighted to have advised the shareholders of BrightCloud on this transaction, which is the culmination of many years’ hard work and a fantastic management team.”
