Keystone Law advised the UK’s leading architectural tech company Resi on its investment from ITV. The broadcaster’s investment will see Resi added to its Media for Equity portfolio.
Resi is an architectural platform that assists with the design and planning of a project, including the financial aspects and the build via its connect service. The largest residential architect in the UK, it is on a mission to change, democratise and have a sustainable impact on the UK home improvement market.
Resi is founded by the entrepreneurial duo Alex Depledge and Jules Coleman, who made a name for themselves when they sold their first VC-backed business Hassle.com, following which they earnt MBEs for their contribution to the tech industry.
ITV will invest up to £3 million of advertising inventory across its channels and ITVX in return for a minority equity stake in the Company.
Keystone Law’s corporate partner Nadim Zaman led the legal team advising Resi on the investment.
