Keystone Law advised leading global market intelligence and analytics provider DC Byte on the acquisition of a majority stake in the business by Kester Capital, the UK mid-market private equity specialist.
The investment will allow DC Byte to expand its business and develop new markets and products driven by underlying demand for, and investment in, digital infrastructure. DC Byte currently provides data centre operators, developers, investors, advisers and suppliers with its services.
Keystone’s team was led by corporate solicitor Andrew Stilton and technology and commercial solicitor Jimmy Desai, and included corporate and commercial partner Jaan Larner, employment solicitor Fiona Macdonald, pensions solicitor Monica Ma, property partner Shayne Foley, tax partner Andrew Terry, trainee solicitors Mark Turner and Wallis Lambie, and paralegals Flora Riddle and Gabriel Navias.
Andrew Stilton said:
“It was a pleasure to work with DC Byte on its acquisition, helping the business capitalise on its strong growth to date.”
