Keystone Law advised Culture Trip, a UK-based trips and travel guides business on its sale to US News & World Report, a digital media company, for an undisclosed sum. The transaction will augment US News’ travel franchise, which includes rankings and advice to aid international travellers. The Culture Trip app has been downloaded over 3 million times and boasts millions of monthly users.
Keystone Law’s corporate partner David Bennett led the Keystone team advising on the transaction, which included IP and commercial partner Christopher Gabbitas, employment partner Emma Wayland, and tax consultant Michael Fluss.
