Dual-qualified barrister and solicitor Kelly Tinkler has joined Keystone Law’s Dispute Resolution team
Kelly originally qualified as a barrister and solicitor in Australia and worked for a major City firm before joining SGH Martineau in 2009.
His work has a distinct international focus, consisting largely of cross-border litigation and arbitration with regard to banking, shareholder disputes, professional negligence, employment injunctions, fraud and money laundering. His extensive experience of financial services and regulatory issues has led him to work with high-profile clients, and on a number of reported cases including a shareholding dispute for Bernie Ecclestone in relation to the control of Formula One as well as conducting a two-and-a-half-year ICC arbitration that resulted in an $82 million recovery for a Disney and Sony subsidiary.
Keystone’s Dispute Resolution offering is one of the firm’s largest and now encompasses almost 60 partner-level lawyers across an array of different disciplines.
