Keystone Law has added construction and engineering specialist Alex Mosson to its Construction Team.
Alex has more than 25 years’ industry experience, having spent a decade working as a civil engineer and project manager, prior to becoming a lawyer. His practice is split between contentious and non-contentious matters and he advises on all aspects of construction law including risk identification and management, contract negotiation, contract drafting, compliance issues, corporate issues, claims and disputes. He also advises on power generation and distribution, major infrastructure and building projects, and has additional expertise in dealing with planning and environmental matters.
Having previously worked at leading law firms in the U.K., Singapore and Australia, and as senior counsel at Samsung C&T Corporation in Korea, Alex has advised clients in a range of sectors including rail, building, heavy civil engineering and power generation and transmission.
Alex is the 5th lawyer to join Keystone’s 15 strong Construction Team this year. The team acts for clients such as the V&A, Geoffrey Osborne, University of Bristol and Cheltenham Ladies College.
