Corporate and commercial lawyer and Isle of Man company law expert Hazel Dawson, has joined the Keystone Law Isle of Man team from DQ Advocates, where she was a senior associate.

Hazel has significant experience advising Isle of Man companies listed on the AIM, LSE Main Market, NEX Exchange and TISE capital markets in relation to IPOs, reverse takeover, restructuring and rights issues.

She also provides corporate advice on complex Isle of Man company law issues and commercial advice to clients in relation to a wide variety of transactional work.

Having been recognised in the most recent Legal 500 guide as a Next Generation Lawyer, Hazel is also highly skilled in the areas of investment funds and capital markets, and banking and finance. She often advises clients on regulatory and compliance issues, particularly in relation to their legal obligations under the Island’s financial services and AML legislation.

As an accredited Data Protection Practitioner, Hazel also brings to the firm a wealth of knowledge of advising businesses on data protection and security issues, including the ongoing impact of GDPR.

Keystone Law Isle of Man continues to expand, with other high profile recruits to follow throughout 2019.
