iGaming aggregator and content provider, Gameiom Technologies has appointed Keystone Law Isle of Man, as legal adviser, in its sale to listed Las Vegas based gaming systems supplier AGS
The UK and Gibraltar licensed iGaming aggregator and content provider for real-money gaming “RMG” and sports-betting partners was sold for $5 million in cash and will integrate with AGS to serve as the Launchpad for the Company’s iGaming division, part of its interactive business segment.
In turn, the transaction will bolster AGS’ diverse product portfolio with the ability to offer iGaming operators some of the highest-performing game content in the marketplace through Gameiom’s remote game server (“RGS”).
The Keystone team was led by corporate and commercial lawyer and e-gaming expert Stephen Rodd who was assisted by corporate lawyer Andrew Niblock and Rachel Berry on the TUPE related, employment aspects of the transaction.
Keystone’s gaming offering has gone from strength to strength in recent years being particularly bolstered by the launch of the firm’s Isle of Man’s practice. White listed by the UK and OECD, the jurisdiction plays host to a wealth of industry businesses with the government actually encouraging their development.
