Zoe is an experienced private property partner who acts for domestic and international high-net-worth individuals on the acquisition and disposal of residential properties predominantly in the Prime Central London property arena and country.

As well as representing high-net-worth individuals, Zoe acts for many major companies, developers, and family offices. She also advises on licences, transfers of equity, de-enveloping, and secured lending for private banks.

Expertise

Zoe guides developers through complex sales, portfolio transactions, and off-plan launches, applying deep knowledge of property development, financing, and residential tenancies to maximise value in London’s most prestigious schemes.

Experience

  • Advised some of the UK’s largest developers on the sale of off-plan apartments in some of London’s most prestigious developments, including attending overseas launches with those developers in Singapore and Hong Kong.
  • Advised on the sale and purchase transactions of a property portfolio, for a developer in Prime Central London.

Zoe supports high-net-worth families on strategic property acquisitions, company-structured purchases, rural estates, and complex financing, blending residential transaction, property development, and property finance expertise to safeguard and grow real estate portfolios.

Experience

  • Advised on the purchase of a £12.5m penthouse apartment in Prime Central London, consisting of three separate leases, split over two separate buildings, and incorporating a roof terrace.
  • Advised on the purchase of a substantial property in The Crown Estate with the benefit of a non-statutory lease extension.
  • Advised on the purchase of a £25m flat in Prime Central London, following a refurbishment by a renowned developer.
  • Dealt with the re-finance of two separate properties in Prime Central London in excess of £10m.
  • Advised on the purchase of a £12m freehold listed building, where the company that held the legal title to the property was acquired, rather than the purchaser acquiring the property in their personal capacity.
  • Assisted on the property elements of the sale of a substantial rural estate in excess of £40m.
