Shaun is a Paralegal within our Real Estate team dealing with a range of property management issues and disputes, including landlord and tenant work, such as lease renewal, and assisting with claims, defences and the conduct of proceedings. He supports lawyers on matters involving major corporate occupiers/tenants as well as landlords of commercial property with national portfolios. He also assists with issues relating to residential property and tenancies for private owners and tenants.
