Sam is a Solicitor in our Newcastle office and works with the team on a range of insolvency and residential/agricultural property matters.
She advises clients on aspects of property law, with a particular specialism in the purchase and sale of country houses, London property, sporting estates, farms, and agricultural land.
When dealing with contentious and non-contentious insolvency matters, Sam advises on contingency planning, insolvency filing requirements, acquisitions/sales, formal insolvency proceedings and director disqualification.
Sam has also previously gained experience working on a range of intellectual property matters including the protection, monitoring and exploitation of IP in the UK, Europe and globally.

Agriculture and Rural Affairs
- Advised a high net worth individual on the residential and agricultural matters for the purchase of a large Listed country house
- Advised on the residential and agricultural matters for the off-market purchase of a large farm with particular issues with occupiers, the water supply and grant schemes, as well as being the neighbouring farm to the client’s existing farm
Commercial Property
- Acted on client’s behalf in relation to a pre-pack of a business involved in office space rentals including assets such as intellectual property, commercial leases, business databases and employees.
Career
Sam joined Keystone Law in 2019 as a Legal Assistant, and was promoted to Paralegal in 2020, then Trainee Solicitor in 2021, and qualified as a Solicitor in 2023.
