He has excellent exposure to corporate clients concerning complex cross-border disputes, and has assisted with investigations involving the FCA and SFO. - Acted for a leading tile company in a multimillion-pound High Court claim against an international manufacturer involving breach of contract, misrepresentation, copyright infringement, and a challenge to the validity of UK registered International Trade Mark. The dispute arises from an exclusive supply agreement for large format ceramic slabs, concerning contractual obligations and distribution rights in the UK.
- Acted for a global leader in aerospace, defence, and industrial technology in High Court proceedings and successfully obtained without notice injunctive relief to restrain acts of unlawful direct action protest at multiple UK sites.
Aviation
- Acted for the estate and dependant of a deceased pilot in a High Court aviation negligence claim against an aircraft operator and commander. The dispute concerns allegations of inadequate flight planning, unsafe aerobatic manoeuvres, aircraft overloading, and improper modifications, leading to a fatal crash.
- Acted on both the Boeing 777 Malaysian Airlines MH17 and Malaysian Airlines MH370 air accidents.
- Acted for a leading air ambulance provider in a High Court dispute against an aircraft lessor, concerning the wrongful termination of a lease agreement for a medically equipped aircraft.
