Oscar has experience advising on IP protection and exploitation. He has a focus on the gambling, media and technology sectors. He has experience managing trademark, copyright, passing off and domain name recovery proceedings, in both the UKIPO and High Court.
Oscar also helps clients navigate regulatory landscapes in specialist fields, such as gambling and gaming, advertising, packaging and data protection. Oscar advises on a range of commercial contracts, including advertising agreements, art consignment agreements, competition terms and IP licences.
