- Representation of SSI UK Limited on its acquisition of the Tata Steel Europe Teesside Cast Products site in Redcar
- Acquisition and disposal of development land, including obtaining related planning consents and the drafting and negotiation of s106 obligations in commercial, residential, student housing and retail in east London with a GDV of £140 million.
- Acting for administrators in respect of the disposal of retail stores and pre-pack sales
- Advising private fund managers in relation to “loan to own” strategies for the acquisition of real estate via debt acquisitions
- Corporate real estate due diligence, acquisitions and financing for UK and EU real estate
- Representation of global media group in respect of its UK real estate
- Acted on the prime location lease for Ifsa UK, the largest finance student association in the world, in South Molton Street.
