Nadine is a senior associate specialising in commercial and residential real estate and real property disputes. She advises, mediates, and litigates on various contentious real estate issues, including rent and service charge disputes, forfeiture, statutory lease renewals and terminations, claims for breach of covenant, boundary disputes, dilapidations, unauthorised alterations and enforcing terms in property contracts.
Nadine acts on insolvency matters, dealing with both individual bankruptcy and company insolvency.
She regularly acts for tenants, landlords, and major commercial office owners in the City, retailers and hotels/hospitality operators, as well as RTM companies.
Nadine advises on commercial and residential property disputes, including rent and service charge disputes, lease forfeiture, possession claims, breach of covenant actions, boundary disputes, property notices, private nuisance, easements, and adverse possession.
