Katy has over 15 years’ experience advising on employment law.
Katy represents organisations and individuals on employment-related claims, advisory work and corporate transactions across a range of sectors and jurisdictions.
She has a particular expertise in complex and sensitive internal investigations, employee relations and workplace culture, grievance and disciplinary processes, senior management terms and exits, the employment aspects of private mergers and acquisitions, and redundancy.
Katy advises on employment aspects of corporate transactions, including acquisitions, TUPE transfers, redundancies, and management integration, providing support to private equity, multinational, and US-headquartered clients across multiple industries.

Katy advises on executive exits, day-to-day employee relations, HR processes, employment documentation, restructuring, redundancy, and incentive arrangements, guiding organisations and private equity clients through workforce and management changes.
