Imogen is an Associate working with the Employment team on cases involving whistleblowing, discrimination, contract disputes, executive dismissal and employment litigation. She is also experienced in assisting with the drafting court documents, preparing instructions to counsel, interviewing clients and drafting witness statements.
Before joining Keystone, Imogen gained valuable experience working as an employment paralegal for two UK Top-100 law firms.

- Drafting court documents including ET3s, grounds of resistance and witness statements as part of Employment Tribunal proceedings.
- Liaising with and booking counsel.
- Compiling and finalising disclosure.
- Preparing and exchanging trial bundles.
- Attending Tribunal and assisting Counsel during hearings.
- Assisted on all aspects of employment work across the brands including from day-to-day advisory and Tribunal Claims. The client is a large retail company with 300 shops and 4000 employees
- Assisted on various employment aspects for the Chief Risk Officer of a Bank. There were protracted Employment Tribunal proceedings culminating in a 10 day hearing
- Assisted on various employment aspects in a claim brought in the ET by the former Head of Operations for unfair dismissal, whistleblowing and victimisation
- Assisted on various employment aspects in case in case related to complex whistleblowing and disability discrimination issues, as well as carried interest plans
