Fiona is an employment lawyer with over 20 years’ experience, specialising in advising senior executives in the financial services sector.
She advises on a broad range of issues including negotiating contracts and exits, redundancies, grievance and disciplinary proceedings and other employment matters. She has particular expertise in contractual disputes relating to bonus and incentive schemes, disciplinary proceedings related to FCA regulatory matters, negotiating exits, and discrimination and whistleblowing claims in the Employment Tribunal.
Her work often involves coordinating with colleagues who require ancillary advice, for example on company and tax matters.
Fiona’s practice encompasses the full spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment and partnership matters, and beyond the financial services sector she advises both employers and employees across a wide range of sectors including technology, retail, energy, life sciences, and media.
Fiona advises senior executives on their contractual entitlement to bonus and other incentives, and acts for them in litigation if matters are not settled beforehand.
