- Negotiating large termination packages on behalf of employers and executives
- Representing professional sportsmen and clubs in respect of contract disputes and employment issues
- Removal of senior executives from small and medium-sized enterprises without any subsequent liabilities
- Advising professional firms regularly in relation to sensitive employment issues
