Dawn deals with cases in a variety of courts and tribunals including the High Court, County Court and Upper Tribunal (Property Divisions) and uses mediation in order to successfully resolve disputes.

- Assisted in an adverse possession and trespass claim of unregistered parcels of land resulting in mediation and a successfully agreed settlement between the parties.
- Assisted in a title enfranchisement where the freehold owner was deceased leaving no successors in title.
- Regularly assisted in instructions by a regional letting agency, on a variety of matters relating to residential tenancies including possessions (using accelerated and standard procedures) and rent arrears.
