- Advised Nord Anglia Education (UK) Holdings plc on its side-by-side US$325m offering of senior secured high-yield notes and super-senior RCF.
- Advised the Carlyle Group in respect of the acquisition of Ameos Kliniken from Quadriga.
- Advised the Carlyle Group on the financing for the acquisition for Primondo Speciality Group GmbH (out of insolvency).
- Advised Apax Partners on the sale of LR Health & Beauty Systems GmbH.
- Advised the majority shareholder on the sale and subsequent reinvestment in a major fibreoptic cable company and subsequently advised on the restructuring in respect of the capital structure.
- Advised J.P. Morgan on the GBP50m sustainability linked loan financing to Mace Finance Limited.
Energy & Natural Resources
- Advised the lenders in respect of the commercial and ECA covered loans to be made for the building of a giga battery factory.
- Advised HSBC Continental Europe S.A. in respect of a solar park (green loan) financing for a Spanish borrower.
- Advised HSBC Bank plc in respect of a wind farm expansion project.
- Advised J.P. Morgan on the financing of a US$100m facility to The National Bank of Kazakhstan to be used to be on-lent to Kaz Minerals for the expansion on the large-scale open pit copper concentrate production facility at the Aktogay mine Eastern Kazakhstan.
- Advised Citibank, N.A., Credit Agricole, ING Bank and Société́ Générale and Citibank N.A. as initial mandated lead arrangers in respect of the US$500m and €215m MIGA covered facility for Southern Gas Corridor CJSC.
- Advised Natwest, Germany in respect of a €2bn financing for E.on.
- Advised HSBC Bank in respect of a US$120m facility for Deacero, S.A.P.I. de C.V. Mexico also advised on amendment of existing facilities for Deacero.
- Advised HSBC in respect of multiple facilities to Reliance Industries.
- Advised ING in respect of a multi-sourced financing for Yildiz Entegre in respect of the construction of an aluminium smelter plant.
- Advised the lenders (US Ex-Im, EBRD, IFC, EDC, EFIC, MIGA and BNPP) in respect of the Oyu Tolgoi copper and gold mine project.

- Advised the lender in respect to the refinancing and restructuring of debt for a major UK brewery.
- Advised IFC in respect of expansion facilities for Lidl across Eastern Europe.
- Advised Pronatec AG in respect of its sale and repurchase transaction.

- Advised Nissan Motor Manufacturing (UK) Limited on a GBP600m financing to be used to support the electrification of its vehicles.
- Advised a major automotive company in respect of a GBP300m receivables financing.
- Advised on the financing of two battery giga factories for the strategic supply of car batteries.
- Advised the lender in respect of the financing of the building of a new car plant in the UK.
