Alex is a commercial property lawyer of over 25 years’ experience who values long-term client relationships. He advises on all aspects of real estate transactions, including landlord and tenant matters, sales and acquisitions, and he has particular experience in the flexible office space.
For landlords, Alex advises across property portfolios, often leading lease negotiations and complicated re-gears, preparing template documents including flexible office leases, managing tenant logistics, and disposing of surplus property. The properties involved include office, retail, hospitality, and health & fitness facilities.
Alex also has extensive experience representing tenants, guiding corporate real estate occupiers through office relocations and complex lease negotiations. He has acted for a number of tenants moving into some of London’s newest high-profile office buildings.
