Adam is a paralegal with experience in real estate dispute resolution, working in the Property Litigation team.
Adam has experience assisting with real estate development, rights of light, party wall and boundary disputes, squatters, trespass, and urgent High Court possession hearings, residential possession, dilapidations disputes, forfeiture, property-related insolvency, residential and commercial service charge disputes. He is also experienced in assisting with Electronic Communications Code and telecoms disputes, disputes involving trusts of land, and contested applications for landlord consent (from both landlord and tenant perspectives).

Experience
- Drafted statements of case and witness statements, liaised with counsel, led conference calls and prepared a complete trial bundle for an expedited possession hearing in the High Court of Justice (King’s Bench Division) on behalf of the interim managers of a large charity seeking possession of commercial premises. Attended Court and successfully obtained a sealed order for possession within two working days of first receiving instructions from a new client.
- Conducted legal research before proposing and successfully implementing creative contractual mechanisms to achieve a client’s strategic objectives as part of a dispute regarding a contract for sale of a large country estate for a high-net-worth individual.
- Supported multiple clients to achieve favourable outcomes at mediations involving party wall, property development, dilapidations, and landlord and tenant disputes.
- Researched and drafted advice to a commercial property development client in respect of rights of light owned by surrounding premises and the associated commercial risks.
