Banking and Finance
- Defended an international investment bank against a £300 million claim under a multi-jurisdictional structured finance transaction
- Brought a claim for £80 million against an international investment bank under multi-jurisdictional portfolio protection trades
- Advised an international investment bank on the implications for a portfolio of OTC derivative transactions of the application of negative interest rates and on strategies for approaching disputes resulting
- Advised banks and counterparties on ISDA and ISLA documented OTC derivative disputes, events of default and contentious close outs and on disputes arising from capital and equities markets transactions
- Advised on multiple commercial banking disputes
IT
- Advised a company on a £100 million IT dispute with a systems integration firm and brought a claim on behalf of that company
- Advised a corporate client in a server hosting dispute which was resolved through ADR
- Acted for a private and corporate client in a source code development dispute and brought a claim on behalf of those clients against a global open-source software consultancy

- Acted for an international oil prospecting business in defending multimillion-pound ICC arbitration proceedings brought by a supplier and prospective joint venture partner and advising on related restructuring negotiations
- Acted as English co-counsel for a construction company defending ICC arbitration proceedings and seeking to enforce an ICC Award obtained against the claimant
- Advised an international energy company in a multimillion-pound dispute arising from a supply and joint venture agreement and prospective litigation proceedings
- Acted for an international energy company bringing UNCITRAL arbitration proceedings against a former joint venture partner
