Two of our partners, both top ranked in the field of High Value Residential Real Estate, are recruiting for an experienced Residential Property Paralegal to join their busy team. Their clients include International Ultra High Net Worth clients and Major Prime London Property Development Companies.
The role would suit an applicant with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, a strong work ethic, good experience in residential property law processes, excellent communication skills and an easy-going and flexible temperament. The work will be varied but the candidate should be able to handle Land Registry applications, SDLT filing, searches, legal research tasks and effective file management ad drafting with minimal supervision. The role is based in central London near Piccadilly, but for the right candidate a remote working role would be a possibility.
