A partner in the Property team seeks to recruit a paralegal with a minimum of 24 months’ residential and/ or commercial property experience at a top-ranked law firm or leading property boutique to support his busy practice.
The role would suit an applicant with high levels of motivation and responsiveness, good people skills, great organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple files at the same time. The work will be varied dealing with residential and commercial property matters, and will be fast paced. The candidate must be capable of navigating the usual property forms for Land Registry and HMRC and be well organised for filing of emails and documents on relevant matters. The candidate will work closely with our Partner and so dictation experience is required.
