Keystone has an excellent reputation for Restructuring and Insolvency. An opportunity now exists for an enthusiastic paralegal to work in this area working closely with a partner with a long-established track record of dealing with Insolvency and a high ranking in Legal 500 and Chambers.
You will be acting for many important and well-known clients, dealing with a varied and interesting mix of Insolvency matters.
The work envisaged should enable the candidate to develop their understanding of the law and experience. They will have direct contact with the clients and other parties as well as receiving additional training.
The successful candidate will preferably have at least 6 months’ previous relevant experience with a reputable firm. They will be willing to work hard to better understand this interesting area, and the commercial considerations that often arise, and be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines on occasion.
It is likely the candidate will have the option to be based at Keystone’s Chancery Lane offices with their own fixed desk, with the ability to work from home part-time, or a more flexible arrangement to be agreed.
