Keystone’s banking, corporate and asset finance teams have need of assistance across a range of matters working with high-profile City partners on challenging work. This role sits in a team of other paralegals and trainees based in our offices in Central London, occasional home working may be permitted, subject to the needs of the client. Work for applicants at this level is varied and will likely include lender work, aviation finance and share sales.

Subject to good performance, Keystone paralegals are offered a two year training contract after 12 months’ service.

The successful applicant will be expected to undertake a range of work at different levels. They will have the opportunity to undertake high quality work and will benefit from significant latitude in building their career in the areas that interest them most. We required good academics and directly applicable experience, preferably at least 12 months’ experience in corporate and/or asset finance work at a top-ranked law firm.

The successful applicant will be expected to step up to Keystone’s way of working. They will need to be driven, determined, efficient and hard working. They will start with work primarily with our corporate and asset finance teams, though they will also get exposure to a range of other areas in both non-contentious and contentious matters. It will be possible to move into to other areas of the law, subject to having found mentors within the firm with need of that area of support.  They will have the ability to progress at their own pace. With those doing best, moving on quickly to being given high levels of responsibility and client contact.  The harder the successful candidate works, the faster they will progress. After the first year and commencement of the training contract, a bonus salary element applies to reward hard work and good time recording.
