Advised a private equity firm in respect of the acquisition of two separate SPVs incorporated in Luxembourg (office accommodation in Birmingham and a retail park in Stoke – aggregate price of circa £50m), their associated re-domiciliation to the IoM and subsequent re-financing.
Advised a global real estate investor in relation to the provision of senior bridge and mezzanine loan facilities (combined circa £43m) to which several IoM companies acceded and the subsequent amendment and restatement thereto when the facility was (partially) re-financed by a key UK institutional lender.
