The Keystone Pensions team collectively has 40 years’ experience of advising on occupational and personal pension schemes, both domestic and international. It has assisted on the drafting of Isle of Man pension and tax legislation and sits on IOM government technical committees. The team acts for the largest defined benefit and defined contribution schemes on the Island (including in respect of the Isle of Man Government’s public sector schemes) and advises on all aspects of pensions law including corporate transactions, Ombudsman claims, insured buy-ins and buy-outs, and more generally on the establishment, maintenance, restructuring, and insolvency of pension schemes.
